Restoration Barbecue, LLC. was started on Todd's dream of making BBQ for others, while being able to provide resources to practice ministry to those who need it most. Combining this with Maribeth's background, we have a strong desire to help those in need of a new start. Through BBQ, we hope to one day reach the unreachable and change lives.
Before moving back to Vermont Todd and Maribeth drove their Food Trailer all the way from Texas to serve at Friday Night Live in 2018. It was such a hit they knew that Vermont was ready for some Craft Barbecue!
